The garden office has a connection for a UTP cable. There is also a UTP connection in one of the sockets.

Placement
The garden office can be placed permit-free in most cases. Always carefully check what applies to your personal situation. A good aid is this government brochure “Vergunningvrij bouwen van een bijbehorend bouwwerk”. Please feel free to contact us for advise about your particular situation. We also offer a permit check and permit application in collaboration with Dutch engineering company Kooij & Dekker.
The delivery time for the garden office home office basic model is 4 to 6 weeks.
No foundation is required for our garden office. The home office can be placed directly on a paved surface in case there is sandy soil, we apply a unique system of soil screws to anchor the garden office.
The garden office can be placed on a roof terrace, but a permit is required. We also advise you to take a good look at the underlying construction.
In most cases, the garden office is delivered prefabricated and placed in your garden by means of a crane. It is no problem to lift it over a house. If a crane is not an option, we also offer the possibility to assemble the garden office on the spot in your garden.
